Creative Cloud not installing - stuck at 2%, maybe 5%, un-install repair not working.

Anyone having the same issue?  tried to install on 2nd device, mac 10.14.6 and installer hangs at 2%, sometimes gets to 5% but no futher.  downloaded the unistaller, neither uninstaller or repair fixed the issue.  unistaller finishes with error.  very disappointing - help.

Ich habe genau das gleiche Problem :(. Auch schon alles versucht, was man machen sollte aber nichts hilft. Woran liegt das denn? Mein PC ist nagelneu und dachte eigentlich das müsste dann erst recht etwas zügiger gehen. Hoffe es kann jemand helfen?
