Creative Cloud Sign Out button is grayed out

The Sign Out button on the CC Preferences pane is grayed out, and therefore not useable. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the CC app; didn't help. Any advice?

Hi Bt1952, Kindly refer the help document shared below :Creative Cloud sign out tab is grayed out! How do I sign out? I need to log in with the correct email for my paid member… You may also refer:Sign in and sign out to activate or deactivate Creative Cloud apps If the issue continues, kindly Contact Customer Care. Just want to add, I noticed that Adobe CC app needs some time to load everything. I notice the last thing 'loaded' is the sign out button. I guess the app needs time to sync with the cloud to check the subscription and authenticate the user every startup. Especially if the app isn't set to start up at boot. Hope this helps someone.
