Creative cloud won’t load

Im so aggravated. I've never had this problem with any program in my life. I'm not sure why I'm still paying for this garbage. I've had the issue for awhile now and had given up in the past. I've literally only been able to use Lightroom. Now I'm here again trying to get the rest of the apps that I pay for monthly but can not get because this stupid creative cloud app will not load on my windows 10 pc. 
I've followed every single instructional process out there to no avail. I'm seriously considering moving on and away from Adobe because they can't even come up with a viable solution to the problem. 
Does anyone have any new methods? Am I going to have to have a fresh install of windows to get this junk to work? 

edit: I get the message "creative cloud is taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch creative cloud or restart your computer and try again"
