I bought a genuine creative cloud. However, when the creative cloud set up is executed, the phrase "disconnect server" appears. I deactivated the basic firewall program for all Windows 10 systems, and I also deactivated the antivirus. I don't have any antivirus software on my laptop. And ran the program as an administrator. Still, the issue remains unsolved. How can I solve this problem?
