Do I have pay after my plan has been replaced?

Hello,

 

I have changed my plan, from Photoshop (old plan) to Photography plan (new plan), from 24 euros to 12 euros.

Do I still have to pay the old plan, the one with 24 euros, for the next month?

My old billing date was on 5th, and now is set on 27th.

It depends how you "changed" your plan. Did you just take out a new plan, and hope the other one would stop? If so you will just pay for both, forever, until you cancel. If you cancel there is a cancellation fee of half the remaining year. Sometimes Adobe will waive it, but I can't see that they would when you downgrade.
