How can i download my projects (videos and images) from Adobe Portfolio page? I want to take a break from the signature but keep the archives in my computer. Thanks!

Adobe Portfolio offers no way to download files.  It's assumed you already have those files stored on your hard drive and on dedicated backup systems.

As posted by Nancy if this is YOUR Portfolio page whatever is on it, whatever is included in it, should of came from YOUR computer and YOU should have copies and backups of that.

I give the message to adobe on website(https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=177168

Tell him my situation and request.Then he replied the way promptly by email .

The way is below.It's helpful.

 

  1. login to your Portfolio Editor and navigate to the page where the video is located
  2. right click on the video and click on 'View Frame Source'
  3. when you scroll all the way to the very bottom of the code, there's a URL of your video file - please click on it
  4. once a new tab opens with the video, click on the three dots on the bottom right corner to download the video file
