Hice la cancelación, dentro del plazo estipulado en los términos del contrato, de un pedido que realicé el día 7 de marzo de 2018 (pedido ADD002269358EDU). La fecha de cancelación es el día 11 de marzo, recibí confirmación de cancelación por correo electrónico, sin embargo, no han realizado el reembolso.

Solicito su apoyo para esta situación. Gracias.

Hola, yo también hice un reembolso, hable con un ejecutivo y se me dijo que quedo todo documentado y que debía esperado de 10 a 12 días hábiles. llevo esperando más de un mes y aun no se me devuelve el dinero, por otro lado, nadie quiere responderme ni tampoco me dejan contactarme con ejecutivos

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

you had 7 days to cancel and you failed to do that?

 

if so, you can expect rhe trial to convert to a subscription per the agreement you authorized when starting your trial.
