Hello everyone,
I had a terrible time on the live chat where I had to wait for over 40 minutes for assistance on cancelling my subscription and asking whether I can transfer my Portfolio site. In regards to my website, the operator first said, that is not possible (transferring website to another account) but then contradicted himself my telling me to speak to Behance support instead. The responses were incredibly slow and in the end I gave up with asking further questions as it took too long.
I'm just wondering if Adobe have a way to make a complaint?
Thank you.
Hi Laurance,
I see you have an active Creative Cloud subscription under the same ID as with forums.
For cancellation help, please Contact Customer Care.
Feel free to update the thread for more questions.
Thanks

Hello everyone,

Transfer it where?
Portfolio & Behance are hosted on Adobe's server. You cannot transfer them to other hosting plans if that's what you're asking.
If you have more than one Adobe ID, you may change the ID on your Portoflio/Behance. See link below for details. I-d-like-to-change-the-Adobe-ID-that-my-Behance-account-is-associat…

Behance is seperate from adobe portfolio. you can have a behance account without having an adobe account. I feel the question is pretty simple and dont understand the confusion..
Through adobe you can have the adobe portfolio, as well as the behance account (although it is connected to the adobe account). The question seems to be: Since anyone can have a behance account, If the adobe subscription is cancelled, will the behance account just revert to a normal account, unattached to adobe, or will they need to set up a new account. ie will the behance portfolio be lost?
Basically, can you move your online portfolio to behance before cancelling adobe subscription, saving you having to redo your entire portfolio.

Thanks for your feedback. But I see little point in resurrecting a 3 year old discussion so I'm locking this.
