How many computers can I install CS6 Design & Web Premium Education Edition on?
Maximum of two at any one time: Windows only or Mac only, depending on which version you've got.
You cannot install one on Mac and one on Windows unless you join the Cloud.

Hi Freek,
With the Education editions, you should be able to activate the software on up to two computers, same as with the Commercial versions.

thanks for answering.
My question was about activations. As far as i know there are more then 2.
Lets say i want to activate the third time on a third computer, while the software in one of the other 2 is disable.
Is that possible?

The limit is 2. You cannot overcome this limit because of failure or for convenience. However, you can contact Adobe Customer Service and ask for an "activation count reset". If they agree with your reasons, you will be able to activate on another computer. This may be granted for complete computer failure, but not for convenience and not often.
CS6 is obsolete, so they may stop this service any time.
Modern CC software allows you to switch activations yourself.

Thank u for your time.
Maybe i am confusing with installment. Because i know installment is unlimited.
What will be the difference netween installment and activation in this case?

With subscription... You can use on only two computers (for your own use, not to share). You must sign in. If you sign in on computer #3, it will ask you which other computer must be signed out. This is all under your control, there is no need to contact Adobe.
With perpetual license... limited to 2 computers. If you need to activate on computer #3, you must contact Adobe, and request.
