Here's an Adobe document on dealing with connection issues. It might help:

Issue seems linked to an old Application Manager version that cannot be uninstalled.

1) Minimal Startup :

Mac OS X : en quoi consistent le démarrage sans extensions et le mode sans échec ?

2) In the user Library, go to Application Support > Adobe, and delete "OOBE" folder

Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 and later

3) In /Applications/Utilities/ , delete the "Application Manager" folder

4) Empty Bin (very important)

5) Relaunch download

Hi Pascovelazquez,

I was having the same issue. It ended up being an issue with the installer so I was able to get this installer from Adobe customer support: Adobe Creative Cloud
