1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

Nadiam18, I am sorry, but as suggested by John and Nancy, please make sure to log in using the e-mail address associated with your paid membership. There are no active memberships assigned to the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

It may be that you changed Adobe Id. Don’t. Or someone else may have been logged on to the computer where you paid. I’m sure they will like their gift from you.

Is Photoshop reverting to trial mode? Try these steps:

If you have paid, first confirm with your bank that the payment went through. Then contact Adobe Customer Care:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human and tell them you have confirmed with your bank.
