I purchased the student edition of Afobe Creative Cloud, and have been using it for the past 3.5 weeks, but when I opened Adobe Indesign it acts as though I do not have permission any longer. I try to load, and it asks me to make a purchase. When I go to the website, and log in with my studnet email, and p/w it won't allow me to repurchase. Any ideas on how to resolve this? I am using the 7 day trial to complete my assignments, but need to resolve this quickly. When I try to follow the help it gives me  an error to check with my administrator. I shouldn't need to do that, as this is my personal computer, and I have signed up for the monthly fee to use this service. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where, from where, did you purchase this?

Was it directly through Adobe's website or through the school system you are going to?
