It is stated on the adobe Website: The Creative Cloud desktop app has the following requirements:

Microsoft® Windows 10 (64-bit only) and later

I have two computers running Windows 7 / Windows 8.1

CC desktop was working correctly on both computer, but recently I discovered that it doesn't work anymore (spinning wheel on “applications load” => error messages inviting  to reinstall which does not correct anything)

Am I obliged to upgrade to Windows 10 to be able to continue to manage applications and updates?

Thanks

Microsoft no longer supports Win7 or Win8

So Adobe also no longer supports those operating systems
