Hi there,

I recently bought a new Dell laptop (with Windows 10) and yesterday (22/10/20) tried to install lightroom, photoshop and creative cloud directly from adobe site. They install with errors so then I can't open them. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling again but to no avail. The errors are:

0xc000007b

MSVCP140.dll

VCRUNTIME140.dll

I'm not entirely technologically minded so if any suguested solutions could be made as dummy proof as as possible I would apreciate it!

Thank you for any help you can give!!
