It keeps saying: your trial period has ended although I payed for it

Although I bought Photoshop and Illustrator in March, i cannot use it. I did a uninstall en re install several times, than I could use it and then I have the same problem again:  It keeps saying: your trial period has ended (Mac OS Big sur 11.2.3).

I finally received some support by phone and my problem is solved: I had to log out in my app creative cloud and login again. Now I see my purchased apps and can use them, pffffff very happy
