''library'' folder with red minus sign appeared in documents folder.

A couple of days ago a ''library'' folder with a red minus sign appeared in the documents folder. At first I thought  it was something I did  in BlueStacks because it appeard around the same time. But after posting this on reddit and reading other peoples experiences I've deduced that its not BleuStacks but likely a recent Adobe CC update.

Has anyone else also experienced this?

After a large Apple Care support session, can conclude it is an Adobe Creative Cloud bug, somewhere in the desktop app settings creates that Library folder

which makes it appear to be an adobe problem.
