lost serial number

I purchased adobe photoshop/premeire elements 2 in December 2012 at best buy.  I can't find the box and want to install program on another computer. I'm not sure if I even registered product.  If I did it would be under my email address: [personal emails removed by moderator].  What can I do to get serial numbers.  I tried to look it up on the computer but cannot find it.  Thanks for your help.  Amy Fasold

If you are able to log into these forums to post a question, you should be able to use the same login criteria to access your Adobe account online.  THere you should be able to see if you registered the product or not, and if you did, the serial number should be found there.

If you remain unable to find out, you need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
