Sorry to hear about your experience. In addition to Monika's question, Is your Windows 10 updated to the latest version?

Please make sure you have Windows 10 updated to the latest version and your machine meets the system requirements for the Adobe Illustrator.

If it does, please follow the instructions given on this help article to install the app.
