Photography package problem

I just purchased the Photography package which includes Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom classic. But unfortunately I only got the Lightroom downloaded and cannot receive the Photoshop or classic....Not sure what to do to get Photoshop downloaded onto my laptop which is a macbook. Any help is great!

Did you confirm if your computer meets the minimum system requirement for Photoshop
