Hi

everytine I try and do anything such as start a new project by adding a photo or even close the program I get the same error message (no code number):

could not complete your request because of program error.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled, checked for updates and now do not know what to do.

any help appreciated!

  • Operating system and version number
  • The full text of any error message (s)
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred
