What is the complete list of ports and IP addresses to be open/permited in our enterprise firewall in order to let internal PCs download and work with creative cloud applications?
Hey,
Adding some extra info:
https://activate.adobe.com/test
and
https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/
These currently resolve into 192.150.16.69 and 192.150.16.211 respectively.
You will also need port 80 and 443 available.
In specific the Adobe Application Manager is trying to access the following servers and ports:
• ccmdls.adobe.com:443
• ims-na1.adobelogin.com:443
• na1r.services.adobe.com:443
• prod-rel-ffc-ccm.oobesaas.adobe.com:443
• lm.licenses.adobe.com:443
• ccmdl.adobe.com:80
• swupmf.adobe.com:80
• swup

Hi msimonl,
The following host/port combinations may need to be whitelisted when logging in with an Adobe ID to download, install, and activate licensing for applications via a Creative Cloud membership.
Hope it helps, please let us know if it worked\
Regards,
Rajshree

Our firewall only supports IP configuration (not URL). Do you have IP list?

Hi Rajashree,
Does Muse have the same port list? I have to forward it to white list in my PIA VPN service to be able to work in Muse while PIA connected.
Thnx!

Hi!
Exactly how do I whitelist ports?
I have no experience in stuff like this and I can't seem to find a clear explanation on how to do that.
Could someone help?
I'm desperate.

Mostly this sort of work has to be done by the company firewall administrator. It isn't generally something you can do on your own computer, because the blocking happens outside your computer. If you ARE the company firewall administrator, it's no good asking for generic advice, as each firewall./security appliance has its own methods.
