premier elements won't install

Downloaded premier elements.

After download, the disk image doesn't start the installation process.

Tried several times

I got it to install, now i cant find my serial number.

I have the boxed software.

It's not on the dvd sleeve.

If not directly from Adobe, then from whom did you buy the software?

Most likely they sent you a redemption code you have to use to get your serial number.  Premier Elements serial numbers all start with 1143.   See link below for more details.
