Problem with Protoshop 21.2.4

Hello! Is it possible to install the older version of Photoshop for Windows 7? On the main page there is only 21.2.4..... I have a problem with this version, discrete GPU isn't detected.

you can install the current version and one major version prior, but you're going to need to update your os to win 10 to continue use adobe programs unless you stop updating the adobe programs.

click the 3 dots at the cc app's upper right > preferences > creative cloud > tick 'show older apps'. then: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html

the bottom line is you may need to update your os, but you can, at least, try the steps up to reinstalling without much risk.

if you proceed to reinstalling, you be left not being able to reinstall the cc desktop app you currently have.

ftry resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Hi, did you manage to install an older version?

I'm in the same situation... I have W 7 and updated photoshop for version 21.2.4 and it's not working!

Their assistant said I should update to Windows 10, but that's not helpful! I wanna keep my operative system!

you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials.

other versions are revealed in the apps tab by clicking the 3 dots adjacent to the open/install button after clicking preferences>cc>tick show older apps.
