Problemas productos adobe

Buenos días, ya tuve en su día la versión de prueba de adobe Creative cloud, y ahora cuando quiero instalarla de nuevo al finalizar la instalación se me queda como cargando el programa y me dice parece que está tardando mucho en ejecutarse el programa, y seguidamente me sale un error de que o no se encuentra o es posible que esté dañado, que vuelva a instalarlo. He probado de todo ya con la herramienta Creative tools cleaner, borrando archivos del registro y me sigue sin poder instalarlo alguna solución?

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Gracias por la respuesta, pero no me soluciona el problema, adjunto el documento que me crea al utilizar la aplicacion cleaner tools de Adobe, para que puedan ver los errores que me muestra y como poder solucionarlo.
