Olá, estou tendo problemas com meu aplicativo da Creative Cloud para desktop. Já tentei de tudo dentro do possível para solucioná-lo – reparo do aplicativo, deslogar e logar novamente, e inclusive tentei a solução proposta aqui (sem sucesso; meu disco de armazenamento está OK e funcionando plenamente) – só ainda não tentei a reinstalação completa.
Qualquer ajuda é muito bem-vinda.

Hi Jeff!
I already tried a chat session, but that wasn't helpful because of the new work time due to the pandemic.
Anyway, I already contact the official support via Twitter (where it started) and fixed it by trying a fresh start.
