I have recently purchased the Photography Plan and am pleased with all the facilities it offers. BUT, why do I need to frequently sign in to use any of the facilities? Adobe is clearly one of those large companies who do not want any direct contact. They send you to the moon and back rather than provide a simple contact method to directly answer simple questions.
