Some applications like XD don't install

Hello, Creative want to install XD but at 98% he don't want to continue, the other applications works well for updates, how can i do ? Thank you to help me !

Hello, XD, Animate and Fresco have problem to install or update, windows 10pro, 32Go RAM, 1 To SSD, i7 6ème generation, H110 Motherboard, to install i have to shutdown all process Adobe and Creative Cloud to success
