unable to install Apps in creative cloud.

I was using creative cloud and functioning proper. Today I have to format my computer due to some internal error (Windows 8.1 pro - 64 bit). I reinstalled creative cloud but not finding any app to install - I can not see any app in Apps section. Can any one help me why I facing this problem?

Please try the given below step and check if it works.

Remove the OPM.db file and relogin into the Creative Cloud desktop application using the Adobe ID tied to your subscription.

  • Mac OS: You can locate the OPM.db file in the \User\<user name>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user Library folder, see Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion.
