Hello
The Adobe CC is installed on my principal HD.
I need to install other Adobe Apps in other HD
I go in Preferences > Applications > Default Location ... I choose the place I want
I have a Red banner in bottom > Unable to install at this place
In French ... see the screen please.
How fix please ?

Even if you choose to install on a location that is not your root drive still some stuff is installed in the root drive. So if the root drive does not have the space to accommodate these files you will keep getting such errors. Try freeing up space on the root drive, if possible move some stuff to an external drive to free up space and then try.

Be sure you do not try to install to a root folder. For example you can install to E:\Creative Cloud apps but you cannot install to E:\
You will need free space on the system drive to make the download work (and to avoid all kinds of disaster).
The Windows Installer database and TEMP live on C and will grow.

So is it an external disk, or internal?
And how is it formatted - I mean, what format is shown? There are 10 choices shown in https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/disk-utility/dsku19ed921c/mac
