How do you download Dreamweaver?

I just get a page that pops up showing I'm supposed to send this e-mail and in it is a link to download it and clicking on it loops you back to that page.

Thank you! It just keeps cycling thru these messages:

Then, it opens a link to send an e-mail:

When you go to the link, it opens the first message again.  This happened last time, but it looked different.

Try using another web browser that doesn't have script blockers or VPN enabled.
