SCSS not compiling because its extensions are not built

I'm not getting the SCSS to compile in Dreamweaver, I'm getting a 

 

Ignoring ffi-1.9.18 because its extensions are not built. Try: gem pristine ffi --version 1.9.18

 

Anyone seeing this?   Only thing I can think of is I have a couple node SCSS compilers installed globally and maybe there is a conflict?

 

Insights are appreciated.

Hello thanks for the link.  I saw that as well however those commands did not work for me and I was hoping to find assistance on how to fix it in dreamweaver
