I have just added an admin and license access to a user who already had a login on that e-mail address. He gets this error when trying to access the area I have granted him.

Not specific to OS but it's Windows.

What to do?

Sometimes this can happen if the user chooses the wrong option when presented with the choice for Enterprise ID or Adobe ID during sign-in. Have them try both.

Is this with reference to the Enterprise Dashboard?

If so I would advise opening a support case via the support tab of the dashboard, as we would need to check your dashboard.
