We have a plugin listed on the Adobe Exchange Creative Cloud Marktetplace. It is currently listed as a Paid plugin, but we want to switch it to Free. However, the minimum price we can set the plugin to is $0.95 and the Developer Distribution Listings site won't let us switch the Purchase Method to Free. Is there another way of switching from Paid to Free?

Hi. Developer Distribution portal currently doesn't support switching purchase method from paid (Perpetual or Subscription based) to free. The 'Price' lock you see on this screen is the lowest price point allowed for a paid plugin.
One alternative is to create a fresh listing from scratch, with 'Free' as a suffix in the listing name, so both the listings appear in the marketplaces on keyword search. You can also reduce the price of the paid one to the lowest value, i.e. $0.95.

We tried doing this but there was an issue with the id of the extension being the same. I could change the id but wouldn't that cause issues with multiple versions of the extensions if anyone installs both?

Thank you. I was able to get the engineering team to look at the issue. It seems that unforunately my only option is to create a new plugin.

One more suggestion: You may already know, but, you can also 'retract' your published listings from Adobe marketplaces from Developer Distribution. Retraction doesn't impact existing users who have bough a paid plugin or acquired a free one.
