I have had an issue with not being able to watch any video's or play games on my computer due to adobe flash constantly crashing. I have an HP computer- 64 with windows 8.1 and I use Firefox. I thought I resolved the issue when I uninstalled and then reinstalled adobe, but when I restarted my computer for updates it went back to crashing. I have reset my firefox browser and that did not help anything. I also have found that everytime I restart or shut down my computer adobe flash goes back to malfunctioning. I also wanted to add that I checked the plugins on my browser and it says I have Adobe Acrobat 11.0.6.70 active and ShockwaveFlash 13.0.0.182 active. How do I fix this frustraiting problem?

This is a user-to-user forum... not support... and sometimes, the people who have the answers are busy with other things.
Have you done a complete "clean install"?
Download the Flash Player uninstaller: Flash Player Uninstaller (825 KB)
Download the Flash Player FULL Installer: Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
Go to: C/ Windows/System32/Macromed/Flash and delete EVERYTHING that Windows 8 will allow (It'll give you trouble with the ActiveX plug-in because it's embedded by Microsoft - avoid it)
Go to: C/ Windows/SysWOW64/Macromed/Flash and delete EVERYTHING that Windows 8 will allow (Again, it'll give you trouble with the ActiveX plug-in because it's embedded by Microsoft - avoid it)
Emtpy your Recycle bin.
Run the FULL installer.
