Thanks Vikram,
I think Adobe should fix this issue. At least they have to provide ability to choose correct language.

Hello Roman,
I tried the same link on my computer (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer), it did not redirect me !!
Might be a possibility you got a Adware, which is redirecting your browser, scan your computer (used an Antivirus) for any Adware threat
Thanks, Hope your question is answered

Vikram,
I think it depends on local settings. It always redirect me to http://get.adobe.com/ru/flashplayer/?no_redirect. Please see the screenshot http://screencast.com/t/1zVyjNBW. It's Adobe's site.
I have antivirus installed. And I think it should be very strange virus if it redirects me from one Abode's page to another Abode's page.
Unfortunately, my question is not answered.
Thanks,
Roman

Hello,
May be the setting of your browser or local setting of your ISP redirect you.
Anyways did you tried to download the Flash Player from the direct link :
Once you run it, Flash Player will be installed
Thanks

Vikram,
Thank you for your help. I already have FP in my browser.
But I think Adobe really has a problem with web site. It's not a first time I see such behavior. I can provide more examples when I choose regional settings and these settings are not working.
Also one more thing (I think I should post it as different thread) I can't choose English language for FP if I my OS is not English. It's very uncomfortable to see alert and bedugging information localized.
Regards,
Roman

I have Win XP Prof x64 SP2. My regional options is set to English (United States) and location is set to United States. I'm located in Kyiv, Ukraine (regional options is set ot US because I want to see the same picture that my customers see).
Probably this info will help you to find source of problem.
Thanks,
Roman

Hello,
As you have 64-bit OS, then try to download Adobe Flash Player 10.2 (for 64 bit OS) from this link :
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe
Run it, make sure no application is running while installing it
Thanks

Vikram,
I've reproduced the issue on Win7 x32 (has different ISP). Please see video here: http://screencast.com/t/4JiPGfd8EXSm
I suggest that redirect is based on IP address or browser language etc. And I think it's good solution if it redirects to right page and allow customer to change language. But for me it's wrong foreign language and as you see on video I can't change it.
Thanks,
Roman

Hello,
Saw the video, it seems because of your browser language or your IP address it is redirecting you to those pages
You do not need to access www.adobe.com
Just click on this link to download Adobe Flash Player for 64bit OS :
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe
Adobe Flash Player for 32bit OS : http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
Hope this Helpful and answered your question
Thanks

Vikram,
My problem is not Flash Player download link. I can download and install it.
I want to show 2 problems:
1) Adobe's website always redirects me to Russian page http://get.adobe.com/ru/flashplayer/ and it's wrong.
2) I can't choose any other language (Ukrainian, English, Spanish). Function "Choose your region" simply doesn't work.
Thanks,
Roman

I have the same problem as you (on many websites, not only Adobe); I am always redirected to the Japanese site.
This has to do with the browser settings, not with the IP address where I am located. Set US-English as the first of your preferred languages, and you should no longer be redirected to a non-English page.

ʇɐb ɹəuəllıʍ,
Yes, you are right it depends on my browser's languages. I've noticed that Russian in list however my OS has only Ukrainian and English (I think Google Chrome automatically adds Russian for all former USSR countries - very doubtful solition.) But I have Ukrainian as first language and Adobe's site has Ukrainian localization so this should redirect to Ukrainian page not Russian. And in anyway I want to have ability to change languages as I wish. So it's erroneous behaviour.
Thanks,
Roman

Vikram,
As you see from discussion browser's languages are the source of problem. Also playing with different configurations I have found two more problems.
So we have such problems:
1. Flash Player and AIR pages redirect to Russian page. It's incorrect because first language in browser is Ukrainian and site has Ukrainian localization.
Please see video http://screencast.com/t/TMbyo01L
2. Function "Choose your region" doesn't allow to change from Russian to English.
3. When I choose Ukrainian language on Flash Player page it shows "Page Does Not Exist".
Please see video: http://screencast.com/t/B7T45p8J3Yj7
4. If I already use Ukrainian localization on Adobe's web site and go to Flash Player page it becomes Russian. When I go back to previously viewed pages they also Russian.
One more video:

Seems like Adobe's web is not tested enough. So many issues with one simple page. Sad
Thanks,
Roman

Since this is an Adobe website problem, rather than a Flash Player problem, it would be best if you posted the issue at http://forums.adobe.com/community/general/adobedotcom_feedback which is the forum to report problems with the adobe.com website.
Post all the details of your problem, with a link to this original topic.
Not sure if anyone will do anything about it, but it's worth a try...

Hello,
This seems to be an issue to with IP of your ISP, as www.adobe.com detect the IP and redirect you as per your region language !!
Thanks
