Offline installer for Flash Player (china) 30.x

Hi Team,

We have a situation here that users from china are unable to play flash player EN version. For CN version we have only online installer. It will be difficult to distribute online version as some of the users wont have access to internet. Please let me know the following

1. Where can we get offline version of CN flash player 30.x
2. If china user already got 28.x EN version will it get updated to latest version of 30.x CN version?

We have 1000s of users for whom we would need to update to latest CN version manually doing will be highly impossible

At this time the offline installers are not available in China.  The only option available for users in China is to download Flash Player from www.flash.cn,the official Flash Player distribution partner in China.

Flash Player 28.x EN will not update to 30.x CN.

Adobe is working with our distribution partner in China about the feasibility of accommodating enterprise distribution in China in the future.
