Here is some exciting news especially for our Draw and Sketch users who had been requesting the availability of Fresco on iPhone.

You heard it right, you can download Fresco on iPhone and explore the exciting features.

To know about the device specifications, please see the system requirements.

Check this link to know how you can migrate all your artwork to Fresco.

With the availability of Fresco on iPhone, here are the advantages:

  • Switch into the Dark Mode interface for the app.
  • You can slide the layer stack out of your way by simply tapping on the parallel bar that is right below the layer stack which will minimize the layer stack and show the active layer preview.
  • The full-screen mode can be activated by the option on the top right
  • App settings can be accessed by tapping on your avatar.
  • All your documents from the iPhone will show up in Fresco on your iPad.

With these amazing options available in the iPhone version of the app, there are temporary limitations as well which will be available in the future releases.

  • Touch Shortcut is disabled by default and you will need to enable it from app settings.
  • Brush management is not available where you can hide and show brushes.
  • The share and review feature is yet to make it the iPhone version of Fresco.
  • Shapes and drawing aids will not be available on the iPhone.
  • Text functionality will be limited.
  • The app cannot work in landscape mode.

We would love to know about your experience using Fresco on iPhone so feel free to post in the community and let us know if there is any feedback to share.

Regards,

Sheena

Putting it on iPhone before Android is really frustrating. Looking at the community forums, there was little to no demand for iPhone but there are tons of upvoted asks for Android. I am very disappointed in Adobe and this has already soured my Adobe Max experience.
