I got a new computer and tried downloading and openning Fresco. It acts like it is going to open and then says "loading documents" then shuts off. My graphics driver is fully updated and everything else is up to date. I never had this issue on the other computer. Other Adobe products are working so I was wondering if others are having this issue. I have an nvida graphics card and I am using an Asus Zephyrus.

Can you check if your system has DirectX 12.1. There seems to be an issue if DirectX is not at this version

If not, kindly try to update the GPU drivers (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/update-graphics-driver.html) and set Fresco to use the High-Performance GPU (if your computer has multiple GPUs) by following the steps shared in this AMD help article (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and check if it helps.
If not, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS and Fresco and system configuration (CPU/ GPU(s)/ Memory/ Display Monitors used), and the crash report by following the steps shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html).
