How will the idea help your workflow? 

Roman Hanging Punctuation is part of brand guidelines. Paragraph Text aka Box Text is challenging to use with expressions for mogrts, templates, etc.

• Anchor Point [0,0] point can get offset from the box
• sourceRectAtTime() attributes take into account the paragraph box size, not just the text
• Visually two text layers can look the same, but these 2 properties will now be totally different
