Option to quantize keyframes when time stretching with Alt key

Time stretching with the Alt/Opt key is a great way to quickly adjust the length of an animation, but it almost always leads to subframe positioning of keyframes. There are plenty of scripts out there to fix the results of this problem (I use KEYboard), but it would be great if we could avoid this problem all together by holding the Shift key after we start Alt+Dragging. Yes! Insane that the only way to do this is with 3rd party plugins.

For certain projects the subframe keys wreck havoc! This would be amazing! I could see it being a problem scaling down because then keys would jump on top of each other, but maybe at that point just stop allowing shift alt downsizing, or have a modal dialog (I know, I hate modal dialogs) that says that continuing to shrink holding shift will delete keyframes.

There's a script called "rd_SnapDecisions" that can do this. It's part of the free RD script suite
