The style presets in Essential Graphics Text can only be applied to the clip-or-text layer. I would like to be able to apply it to only some text in a text layer on a limited basis.

さらにスタイルを適用するときに、「フォント&カラーデザイン」と「フォントのみ」を選択できるようにしてほしい! Plus, when applying styles, I'd like to be able to choose between "Font & Color Design" and "Font Only!"

Greetings ittsui, it's nice to hear from you again,
As you've discovered, Text Styles can only be applied to whole Text Layers and no sub-strings within a layer. (I don't know what you were seeing for Clip Layers) I can't say if or when we would be able to develop a feature like that, but for now, the best workaround I can think of is this:
Keep an extra Text Layer around with the appearance you want and then click into it with the type tool to pick up the Most Recently Used appearance settings and then enter text with that appearance into the main layer you're working on. Or you could just copy and paste text with the appearance you want and then edit what the pasted text says.
