.ai file doesn't open correctly

Good morning,

I’m sending this email, because I’m trying to open a file with 100MB, and appears a warming saying that Adobe Illustrator "could only partially read this file" and does not open the file with all content.

Can you please help figure out the issue?

• If the file is on a network drive/external media, copy it to the internal drive before opening it again in Illustrator.
• Try opening the file in Adobe Acrobat and check if it works.
• If you have recently upgraded Illustrator, try rolling back to a previous version and check if it helps.
