Hi,

I have an issue with 23.0.3:

21 Gb have been uploaded to adobe's amazon servers in a week, without a file opened in Illustrator.

See Glasswire's screenshot:

Screen Shot 19-05-21 @ 17.25.PNG

See my ISP graph:

Can anyone explain me how Illustrator sent 21 Gb on Adobe's servers?

And what did Ai send?

I found this page:

Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints

But it does'nt explain to me how, what and why Ai is doing it!

This message is now on Adobe Illustrator Feedback

I'd very like an answer to this too. I just found Illustrator uploading constantly. I had to manually end illustrator task for it to stop.

And how is this question been marked as "Assumed Answered"? I cannot get your screenshots to load either.

"Assumed Answered" is a stupid feature of the Jive software used for this product forum. As a moderator, I have turned that answer off.

Why would illustrator upload? Where are the official staff? These forums are just a graveyard of unanswered questions.

I'd probably find my answer if I read the terms and conditions when I installed, but I would need law degree to be able to understand it.

These forums are 95% not Adobe staff, but users helping users. And they are not a "graveyard".

If you want to report a bug or malfunction and get the engineers to look at stuff, either go to
