Hey all,

I'm trying to save a local illustrator document into my cloud (in order to access it with my iPad), but either illustrator just crash, or the document never appears in my cloud files.

Any idea ?

Thanks !

That is not a large document.

Do you have any plugins installed?

Can you try and create a new document, draw a rectangle and then save it directly to the Cloud. Does that work?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Monika,

Thank you for your answer.

In my file ? Only layers with drawings, size 4Mo

Step by step:

-Loading from a local folder my AI file

-Save as...

-Online document

-Wait ...(sometimes AI crashes there by quitting)

-Close my local file

-Open, online document, and nothing there.

Yes I've already tried to logging out and in, didn't change anything.
