CC 2019 - Color display problem

Good evening everyone!
Thanks in advance for the help ...

After updating the CC 2019 I noticed a big problem ...
The problem is how I see colors. I deal with graphics and printing and I want to see colors with CMYK tones. Instead now they see very bright and strong (almost annoying).

Seeing the screenshot, you understand what I mean.

What can I do to see the colors as before?

For some people CC2019 changed the color settings to "Emulate Illustrator 6.0"
