Sadly, yes, it was removed in CS6. I suspect its because they had to redo all the panel windows for the new SDK and no one was tapped to do that one (or it was just deemed low priority and they never got around to it). We've mentioned in the pre-release forums and our fingers are crossed that it will return in CS7 (or whatever the next one is called).
