Screen Shot 2021-11-25 at 1.34.12 PM.pngHey everyone, my laptop is completely up to date including all my creative cloud apps. Everytime I go to download/install Adobe Indesign this message pops up. It takes me to a help page but I am completely lost. If anyone has this similar problem or if anyone knows how to fix it please help!! I've already restarted my computer a few times too- did not work hahah.

Here's where you can check:https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/system-requirements.htmlWhat about your other CC apps? are you getting that message when you try to install them - we may need more information about your system, (mac/PC, RAM, etc.) to be of help.

Sorry about the trouble. Could you please confirm the OS build & its version? Also, please check if your machine meets the minimum requirements to run Illustrator 2022 or 2021, as asked by @Laura Coyle. and share screenshots of your system specification. That would be really helpful for us, and we can assist you accordingly.
