Error while using 3D Effect

Hello,

I have a problem with 3D effect. The program says that the ooperation to change an object into a sphere can't be done. What is the problem?

After the last (and first) time I did it the program crashed and doesn't work properly.

Unfortunately I have a Polish version, but it says that the operation can't be completem because an error occured. The first window opens, but the second doesn't.
