Hi,

I have created a mask in Illustrator that I need to export in the exact dimensions in which I created it. It doesn't seem to want to export as a mask or keep the dimensions I have set. ANy ideas please?

You've posted a 146 by 273 px PNG. What dimensions should it be?

Hi,

We're creating tags, two of them, the main one needs to be 96mm tall and 51mm wide

Thank you,

Paul

Is that the size of the artboard(s)?

What result are you getting instead?

What export method are you using?

Not the size of the artboard, the size of the item we're designing. We did achieve an export but wrong sizes, approx 40% bigger than needed.

So you are exporting object(s), rather than artboards? Using Asset Export?

Can you show screenshots of the object in Illustrator selected, and the result you get when you export?

These are the size you describe. The PNGs are a fraction out but that is because they must round to the nearest pixel rather than mm. Which is 40% bigger?

Which file format do you want to use?
are you going to send it to a print house? If yes, send it as an Illustrator file (ai)
