Illustrator Crash every time!

Hello everyone, my name is Julian. My english isnt very well -.-' but i hope you guys can help me.

Every time when i start my Adobe illustrator. They close before its realy start.

this is the error :

If AI CC 22.0.1 (or AI CC 22.0.0) is still crashing then can you please see the forum thread:

Illustrator CC HOTFIX for 22.0.x available on prerelease

Please don't post crash reports in the forum. It makes threads unusable.

So this is Illustrator CC2018 on Windows 8.

Which peripherals?

Does your hardware match the specifications? Adobe Illustrator system requirements

Did it ever work?

Did you just update or is this a new installation?

Did you already reset the preferences?

I got an acer predator notebook with high class hardware . Its work every time well. After some time i downloader creativcloud again and after installing Illustrator i start it and it crash every time . Same with indesign . Ps and ae work great!

What should i do?

Das hat also mit einer älteren Illustrator-Version funktoniert und nach dem Update nicht mehr? Oder hat es bis gestern (vor ein paar Tagen) funktioniert und jetzt nicht mehr? Ist es wie das hier beschriebene Problem: Re: 22.0.1: Crash Report Service Stopped Working

Hast Du die Preferences beim Update migriert oder zurückgesetzt?

Seid einer ganzen weile schon funktioniert es nicht mehr .

Ich habe es heute komplett deinstalliert habe alles gelöscht. Habe das adobe clean tool benutzt und alles frisch aufgespielt natürlich mit sämtlichen neustarts usw . Jedoch ohne erfolg -.- mich stört halt nir das ich dafür monatlich bezahle und diese leistung nicht nutzen kann . Das hat bis vor 2 monaten noch alles ohne probleme funktioniert .

Dann würde ich gar nicht zögern und am Montag den Customer Support kontaktieren. Die loggen sich in Deinen Rechner ein, um den Fehler herauszufinden:

Am Wochenende könntest Du noch probieren, den OOBE-Folder zurückzusetzen. Vielleicht hilft es ja.
